The Plume of Feathers is pleased to announce the 2013 Christmas Menu. A traditional Christmas dinner made with locally sourced produce wherever possible. Places are limited so please make your reservations to avoid disappointment. We look forward to seeing you.

Parsnip and home grown apple soup
Smoked Blagdon trout pate with toast
Spiced pears with Dolcetta
Chicken liver parfait with pickled beetroot and ciabatta
 
 
Main Course
Local roast turkey with cranberry stuffing, bread sauce and pigs in blankets
Salmon filo parcels with tomato and ginger jam
Sweet potato and leek roulade
Slow roast pork belly with spiced home grown apple and cider sauce
All to be served with roast potatoes, garlic sprouts, maple and orange glazed carrots and parsnips and braised peas and ham

Christmas pudding strudel with brandy cream
Blackberry and elderflower jelly
Butterscotch pudding with whisky sauce
Local cheeses with home grown apple and walnut chutney and biscuits
